Refusal of Orders

To uphold customer service standards, Company reserves the right to refuse sales to customers suspected of intending to resell products. Company also reserves the right to limit the quantities of items purchased per customer and to cancel orders or refuse service for any reason, including unauthorized voucher use, product availability, and price discrepancies.

Purchases

By making purchases on the Website, you agree to pay Company all applicable charges at the current prices for the products. Company is authorized to charge your chosen payment method for any such purchases. Prices listed do not include sales tax, which will be added where applicable. Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors, even after payment is received. Products acquired through the Website are for personal use only and not for resale, subject to Company policies outlined in this Agreement or on the Website.

Returns

Returns of products purchased through the Website are subject to the following conditions:

• Only products bought through the Website and in unopened, original packaging, or those damaged or defective upon delivery, may be returned to Company for a refund or exchange.
• Customers must inspect products for damage upon delivery and report any issues to info@sbcinternational.com within fifteen (15) days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Eligible items for return must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, using a trackable shipping method.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, Company will issue refunds or exchanges accordingly within 5 to 7 business days.
• Company reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for products that do not meet the specified requirements.

Section X

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not been received, customers are advised to:

• Check their bank account.
• Contact their credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

• Depending on the location, the time for exchanged products to reach customers may vary.

Section XI

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 24 - 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Company ships to physical addresses within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding U.S. Territories and Protectorates) but does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses. Signature confirmation is required for timely delivery, and customers are responsible for being available to receive packages.

Warehouse

The warehouse operates in accordance with U.S. federal holidays listed in the calendar, during which it will be closed.

Section XIII

Terms and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Website or are a registered user. You may terminate your registration at any time following the provided instructions.

Company reserves the right to deny access to the Website, remove profiles or content, and block IP addresses without notice or liability, for any reason deemed necessary, including breaches of this Agreement or violations of applicable laws.

Provisions of this Agreement necessary to fulfill its purposes will survive its termination.
